Nukkad Natak on Swachhata at Qutub Minar: Team Rise Foundation in Association with ONGC Videsh

Date: 27 September 2026 | Venue: Qutub Minar, New Delhi

Clean surroundings are the foundation of a healthy society. With this message, Team Rise Foundation organized a Nukkad Natak (street play) on the theme of “Swachhता” (Cleanliness) at the iconic Qutub Minar, New Delhi, on 27 September 2026, in association with ONGC Videsh.

The street play used the power of theatre and public engagement to spread awareness about the importance of cleanliness and responsible waste management. Through an engaging public performance, the team highlighted how small, everyday actions—such as using dustbins, avoiding littering, reducing waste, and keeping public spaces clean—can collectively make a significant difference.

The performance aimed to encourage citizens to take ownership of their surroundings and understand that cleanliness is not just the responsibility of municipal authorities but a shared responsibility of every individual.

The historic setting of Qutub Minar provided an opportunity to connect the message of Swachhता with the need to protect and preserve our public spaces and cultural heritage. The initiative reinforced the importance of community participation in building a cleaner and healthier environment.

Rise Foundation extends its sincere thanks to ONGC Videsh for its association and support in spreading the message of cleanliness and civic responsibility.

At Rise Foundation, we believe that awareness is the first step towards change. Through such community engagement initiatives, we continue to promote sustainable practices and encourage people to contribute towards a cleaner, greener India.

Swachhता is not just a campaign—it is a habit, a responsibility, and a collective commitment.
